我在上班的路上停下来吃早餐。我订购了饼干和肉汁。吃完大约一个半小时后我得了腹泻。起初还不错。随着时间的推移，情况变得更糟。我在洗手间的时间比在办公桌上花费的时间还多。回到家后，接下来的几个小时我就在洗手间里呆了。我有恶心、腹泻、出汗、发冷。星期五我喝了几口盐和一口水。这就是我所能管理的。星期六 wssv 差不多。终于在星期天我能够吃点吐司和喝点姜汁汽水。
