今天，即 2018 年 9 月 15 日下午 1 点左右，我吃了无咖啡因的咖啡、水和牛油果附带的蛋白菠菜煎蛋卷以及其他切成丁的蔬菜，有些是生煮的。吃了，两个小时后我就出现了严重的胃肠道问题。服务器抽筋，因为现在是美国东部标准时间晚上 9 点，冷汗断断续续。腹痛几乎无法忍受。随着腹泻，去急症我得去。顺便说一句今天睡了，所以我今天没有在 ihop 之前吃东西... 从那以后什么都没有...

星期一下午，我用鳄梨牧场吃了烤鸡肉凉包，那天晚上晚些时候我开始腹痛，第二天我一直在洗手间里不停地呕吐，腹泻过多，腹部非常剧烈的疼痛。第 2 天，腹泻过多和剧烈疼痛。我只吃了一半，如果需要进行测试，我吃了不好的肉/食材，还有另一半。
