I bought a barbacoa bowl tortilla on the side, lettuce, veggies, sour cream, white rice, black beans, and chips and guac.

My friend and I ate there on Sunday January 13th 2019.
We ordered the barbacoa bowl , with guacamole , cheese , cream , pinto beans and salad. We used the green and red sauce offered. Immediately after consuming the food we had diarrhea .  | 症状: 腹泻

我吃了一个 Barbacoa 碗，里面有黑豆，白米饭，fajitas，西红柿，玉米，酸奶油，奶酪和生菜。我们在 12 月 23 日晚上 8 点 30 分至 9 点左右吃了，晚上 11 点 25 分左右我上床睡觉。我在凌晨 1 点 10 分醒来时猛烈地呕吐，尖叫着腹泻。在接下来的 10 个小时内，呕吐至少持续了 7 次，腹泻又持续了 8 次（我停止计数）。然后，所有症状都停止了，让我感觉好像被公共汽车撞了一样。我非常虚弱，剩下的一天和第二天早上都疲惫不堪。

12 月 14 日，我从 Chipotle 订购了我平时的 Barbacoa Burrito 作为午餐。大约 15 分钟后我把食物带回家了，天气不冷不热。

大约四五个小时后，我开始出现恶臭气体的症状，晚餐食欲不振以及疲倦/恶心的感觉。在接下来的几个小时里，恶心变得更糟，我的体温上升到 100 度以上，我向垃圾桶（那是 Chipotle 的残余物）中呕吐了很多东西。

第二天我度过了康复和疲倦地离开家人，以避免在妻子的严格命令下传播地下室里藏起来的细菌。直到昨天深夜（12-15），我的症状才好转，我感觉很好，可以进行正常的日常工作。我对吃刺激我胃的食物保持警惕，实际上我每 25 秒就会放屁一次（有趣但真实），腹泻发作。

我听说 Chipotle 遇到了食物暴发的问题，但我从没想过这会发生在我身上，因为我身体状况良好，在我去那里的 15 年里从未遇到过 Chipotle 的问题。这是最后一根稻草，我再也不会回到这样的小坑了。

12 月 7 日星期五，我通过电话订购了 2 个披萨，然后在家里取货。我的是波旁威士忌烧烤，我的男朋友是一个简单的菠萝披萨。当我吃我的时候，我意识到肉比平时多一点生，但是我不在乎它，我把它吃完了。摄入时我开始感到恶心，我的发烧升至 39°，呕吐，持续腹泻，非常严重的头痛... 等等直到今天。到目前为止，我还没去看医生，因为我经历了剧烈的痛苦，我无法下床，但是这个星期三我有个预约。我怀疑披萨有沙门氏菌并且感染了我或胃肠炎。我不是我所在城市或世界上第一例因这家餐厅的披萨而感染沙门氏菌的病例。实际上，在阿尔巴塞特（Albacete）曾经有过几例病例，例如，我叔叔在吃了多米诺骨牌的披萨后差点死亡，他不得不跑去医院，但最终他没有报告。
