Ate at 630pm, Jan 17, 2017. Barbacoa brown rice bowl with the works (black beans, all 3 salsas, cheese, lettuce). My partner ate the same except that she didn't have as much barbacoa, (only had few bites of it) and she didn't have the green salsa, lettuce or cheese.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

我的男朋友从红岸 Chipotle 那里得了食物中毒。他有呕吐、恶心、发烧和发冷。吃了大约半小时后，他开始感觉不舒服，除了 Chipotle 之外，他什么也没吃任何不合常规的东西，因为他每天都不吃它。他有一个卷饼碗，里面装有糙米、黑豆、鸡肉、牛排和蔬菜，上面放着鳄梨调味酱。他生病了大约 12 个小时，然后开始感觉好些。这是他第三次从这家餐厅生病了。在过去的几年里，他既有食物中毒又有大肠杆菌。尽管他喜欢 Chipotle，但为了健康他不会回来。
