Ate at 630pm, Jan 17, 2017. Barbacoa brown rice bowl with the works (black beans, all 3 salsas, cheese, lettuce). My partner ate the same except that she didn't have as much barbacoa, (only had few bites of it) and she didn't have the green salsa, lettuce or cheese.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
