昨晚 7 点左右，我买了一个鸡肉碗，里面有白米饭、西红柿、红酱、黑豆、酸奶油、奶酪。我今天早上醒来跑去洗手间死于腹泻。我设法使它起作用，但是我的胃一直都在抽筋，我什么也吃不了。然后我因寒冷而变得寒冷了。这是有史以来最糟糕的感觉。如果早上我没有好转，我会去急诊室。

16 年 3 月 8 日，我和我的未婚夫和她爷爷一起去了 chipolte。我像平常一样点菜。相反，我有一个碗通常会得到一个墨西哥卷饼。我有糙米，黑豆，没有肉因为我想要高克，我得到了烤蔬菜，还有生菜和奶酪。吃完那个地方大约 1-2 小时后，我的肚子疼了，我一点也不舒服。在我大便之前我必须跑到洗手间。这是极具爆炸性的！我必须去我的未婚夫 © 祖父母家。我以为就是这样，我把它全部都撒了出来。不！我错了。到家 30 分钟后，我头晕目眩，不得不赶上洗手间，因为我开始呕吐所有东西，我一直呕吐并感到恶心，这是世界上最糟糕的感觉。以为你可能会生病但不会生病。从下午 3 点到 9 点我都有这种感觉。我仍然感到恶心但没有呕吐。我的财务状况检查了我的发烧，现在是 103.4。如果我还有这种感觉，明天 3 月 9 日我会去看医生。

我想我永远不会再回到 chipotle！

我在 3/11 晚上 7 点左右吃了我的牛排卷饼碗（黑豆、白米饭、牛排、quac、生菜、奶酪、pico de Gallo）。我在 3 月 12 日 8 点醒来时肚子疼。整天，痛苦变得越来越严重。自 3 月 12 日上午 10 点以来我一直有腹泻和呕吐，但今天 3 月 13 日仍在经历。

I ate at around 12:40 on March 12 . I had a chicken bowl with black beans, tomato and corn salsa, grilled onions with bell peppers, sour cream and cheese. My stomachs became upset about 15 minutes after eating with severe diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻
