Had salad with chicken, rice, black beans, pico, green chili and quacamole. About hour later had naseau, and diahrea that lasted well into the next day. Date was July 28th-29th  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

Had salad with chicken, black beans, cheese, sour cream and salsa at 6:00 pm on 7/31/18. At 1:00 am I was so sick I almost called 911. Violent vomiting, diarrhea, fever for 24 hours. Had to stay home from work. I reported this directly to the restaurant.  | 症状: 腹泻

我于 18 年 7 月 23 日在这家餐厅吃饭。我订购了一个鸡肉卷饼碗，里面装有黑豆、糙米、生菜、酸奶油和所有的莎莎酱。症状直到大约 5 天后才开始出现，并且开始逐渐恶化。症状包括逐渐恶化的腹泻和气体。

I got take out on Sunday about 11:30 am. I had a steak bowl with white rice, black Beans, sour cream, tomatoes, cheese, lettuce, and red salsa. I also ate chips and red salsa. I got sick that evening and I have had GI issues since then for two days.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

我今天吃了 Chipotle 的墨西哥卷饼，里面有鸡肉、米饭、黑豆和奶酪。在我吃了大约一半的墨西哥卷饼之后，我注意到中间鸡肉的味道非常不熟，质地有橡胶状，米饭很糊状，酸味非常不愉快。吃了几口之后，由于味道的原因，我感到非常恶心，然后把食物扔掉了。我对饭菜的食物质量感到愤怒，但根据我的经验，我仍然感到非常恶心。
