我和我丈夫在 2016 年 8 月 12 日的夜晚拿起了多米诺的太平洋素食中型披萨、大蒜面包和巧克力熔岩蛋糕，然后把它当作我们唯一的晚餐。在 mrng 5 点时，我出现了急性胃痛，然后是腹泻和呕吐。我不得不在紧急情况下去看医生，因为我的粪便通过了两次血液。这是生病的一天，我一直为此感到困扰。我丈夫也一直感到不适，从早上起就没吃过任何东西，因为他一直在恶心 n 一直在打嗝，有一种不安的感觉。这是一顿30美元的大餐，随之而来的是苦苦挣扎的疾病。这家商店是位于 992 west 的多米诺骨牌，El camino real，桑尼维尔 ca 94087

我今天（16 年 8 月 4 日）在下午 1 点左右在这个 Panera Bread 吃了午饭。我的大 Panera Bread 餐是我整天唯一吃过的东西，午饭后有一些袋装的硬椒盐脆饼除外，当时严重的腹部痉挛、冷汗、疲劳和腹泻的症状在下午 6 点左右开始。我订购了西兰花切达干酪汤、土耳其 BLT 三明治和绿色冰沙。现在还不到午夜 12 点，我感觉也没有好转。我确信食用这些 Panera 物品中的一种会导致我现在遇到的症状。:(
