I ate around 5:30pm. I had a burrito bowel with brown rice, chicken, mild salsa, sour cream and cheese (my usual). At midnight I vomited and the whole next day I was nauseous, had constant diarrhea and stomach cramping.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

吃了牛排卷饼配黑豆、糙米、queso、生菜和酸奶油。2 小时后胃痛不好。在那之后大约半小时，猛烈呕吐-弹丸。没时间去厕所或水桶。太多了，以至于清理地毯和床花了两个小时。到目前为止，在10小时内呕吐了4次。

I ate there on Tuesday, May 1, 2018. I had a burrito bowl with chicken, black beans, brown rice, mild salsa, sour cream, cheese and lettuce. On Wednesday, the diarrhea started. It's now Friday and it still hasn't stopped.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

5 月 1 日星期一下午 6 点左右，我吃了一个鸡肉卷饼碗，里面有糙米、黑豆、酸奶油、莎莎酱、玉米和生菜。吃完之后，我感到非常臃肿，只是觉得自己吃得太快了。但是臃肿不会消失，晚上 10 点至 11 点左右我的胃开始受伤。我感到非常不舒服，直到第二天早上，我才感觉到症状：持续的腹泻和胃痛。这些症状持续了几个小时；我变得非常脱水和虚弱。我不想吃东西，因为我觉得恶心。我终于在那天下午晚些时候去看医生了，因为我觉得自己不必那么频繁地去洗手间了，她告诉我我吃的食物肯定有细菌感染（Chipotle）。我得到了抗生素、止泻药、胃酸和松弛药：洛哌丁胺、双环胺、奥美拉唑和环丙沙星。老实说，这是我经历过的最糟糕的食物中毒经历。再也没有 Chipotle 适合我了。

Ate there the evening of April 30, 2018 had iced tea, imperial rolls, and Vietnam chicken with brown rice, symptoms started at 7 am the next morning immediate diarrhea followed by nausea and has lasted for 2 days  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
