周日晚上，我点了一个墨西哥卷饼，里面有数量有限的所有东西：黑豆、糙米、西红柿、洋葱、鳄梨和奶酪。凌晨 5 点，我开始恶心了。早上7点，带着严重的腹泻去洗手间。在星期一阵亡将士纪念日整天，一个巨大的恶心，发烧时感觉很冷。今天，接下来的星期二，恶心消失了，但仍然无法进食，胃痛。感觉出了点问题。

I ate a chicken bowl with brown rice, black beans, corn salsa, pico de gallo and cheese. I ate around 2:30pm on Saturday May 27, 2017. I started regurgitating at 7pm, it is now 9pm and I am still regurgitating and also have diarrhea and a fever. Chipotle was the only thing I have eaten all day.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

我在闭馆时间（晚上 9:30-9:45）之前订购了一个装有糙米、斑豆、蔬菜、牛排、热和温和的莎莎酱和生菜的碗。吃了它然后不久就睡觉了。早上 6 点左右醒来时发烧严重（感觉太热太冷我在发抖），腹泻，感到恶心。我仍然有肌肉疼痛和严重头痛。
