好吧，昨晚我去 Chipotle 是为了给自己和我的未婚夫打碗。在他的碗里，他有鸡肉牛排糙米生菜，一些红辣酱和奶酪。我的碗里有一些绿辣酱里有鸡肉玉米生菜白米平托豆。我们是我们的晚餐然后去睡觉了！今天早上我们俩起床的时候我们都有腹泻痉挛恶心寒冷。

我从这个地方订购了随身携带物品，我的餐包括碗里的牛肉丝、生菜、奶酪、糙米和鳄梨调味酱。吃完它后不久我就开始感觉到症状，首先是发冷和两侧酸痛。几个小时后，我开始感到虚弱，疼痛蔓延到我的整个身体。然后我连续大量出汗睡了两天半，醒来后才喝很少的水。我的整个身体也经历了麻木，尤其是我的指尖。现在差不多 4 天了，我总共减掉了 12 磅，尽管大部分疼痛已经消失，但我仍然感到胃部不适和腹泻。
