昨晚我吃了一个墨西哥卷饼碗，里面有玉米、生菜、奶酪、黑豆、莎莎酱、酸奶油和苏菲塔饼。我今天早上醒来，我几乎无法忍受，因为我感觉不舒服，所以我回去睡觉了，现在我的肚子真的很痛，我有腹泻，我觉得我必须呕吐。我也真的很头晕。

I always eat at this Chipolte...I was feeling great! 7.31.2017 - STEAK burrito bowl, w rice,b beans, fresh Steak that was cut, mild salsa, hot salsa, sour cream, guacamole, cheese, chips, corn salsa...Had super bad poops last 2 hours after consuming it. I had the veggie burrito bowl and immediately had severe cramping and diarrhea. I ate the other half today and was up all night, sick. I directly attribute it to Chipotle.  | 症状: 腹泻

On 8/26/17 I ordered the burrito bowl, with Steak, Guacamole, pico, lettuce, cheese, sour cream, black beans, brown rice. Started feeling lower abdominal issues soon after, with symptoms of liquid diarrhea intensifying along with fatigue that I think is from food passing through too quickly. Some nausea… 更多

墨西哥卷饼碗。牛肉。黑豆。糙米。莴苣。莎莎。Guac。当天感觉不错，但是醒来真的很早就感觉不舒服。第二天真的很生气然后是总的液体粪便。进食大约 40 小时后仍然感觉不好。不得不服用 imodium。  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 煤气
