Had the chorizo burrito bowl last Wednesday and ended up with really bad diarrhea and stomach aches. Even with pepto, it took several hours before I started feeling better. Having had norovirus before, this was very close to what that felt like.

On 7/17, got a burrito bowl with half steak, half chorizo, fajita veggies, lettuce, brown rice, cheese, hot salsa, sour cream, and corn. Experienced persistent diarrhea and nausea for the rest of the day. Hard to imagine I'm going back anytime soon.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

7 月 14 日星期五下午 1 点 45 分左右在 Chipotle 用餐。7 月 15 日下午因出汗、头晕而生病，随后出现 12 个小时的呕吐和腹泻。7 月 18 日仍然有腹泻。我吃了墨西哥卷饼碗和白米饭、平托豆、鸡肉、酸奶油、西红柿和生菜。我在 7 月 17 日向劳登县卫生局提交了一份报告。

昨晚下午 6 点半左右，我和我丈夫共用了一个墨西哥卷饼碗作为晚餐。它有大米，鸡肉，玉米，微微，酸奶油，奶酪，中等莎莎酱。午夜左右我丈夫醒来时猛烈呕吐。不到一个小时后，我也开始呕吐。此后，除了出现腹泻、胃痛、站立时头晕和低度发烧之外，我们还继续呕吐。Chipotle 是我们昨天唯一吃的东西。
