周日下午 2 点 15 分，我有我喜欢的墨西哥卷饼碗，搭配牛排、生菜、番茄、鳄梨调味酱、奶酪、白米饭和斑豆。症状从星期一早上开始，出现深绿色腹泻、腹痛和恶心。腹泻是恒定的，恶心和疼痛也是如此。医生建议我去急诊室。以为我去急诊室的情况也是一样。在花了 4.5 个小时之后，那里看了医生待命，由于呕吐和腹泻而流失了大量液体，他们给了我 Sofran 静脉注射（med 治疗恶心）。直到星期二晚上我才开始感觉好些。两天都因脱水而头痛不好。我再也不会在那里吃东西了我从没想过我也会成为 Chipotle 的受害者。

Got a chicken burrito bowl for lunch yesterday, ate about 1pm was nauseous by 5pm vomitted after a bout of diarrhea. 1.5hrs later same thing, the burrito bowl was all I ate yesterday and just threw it all up.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I ate a white rice, black bean and chicken burrito
bowl with fajita veggies, mild salsa, sour cream, guacamole, cheese & lettuce. This was around 6:30pm on Saturday, December 3rd. My order was take out, so I did not eat at the restaurant. I became very nauseous… 更多
