我在下午 4 点左右吃了，有一个巨大的卷饼碗，queso，两个莎莎酱，生菜，奶酪，鸡肉，牛排，guac。感觉很好然后在凌晨 5 点左右醒来时感觉非常臃肿，无法入睡。第二天多次呕吐，感觉非常昏昏欲睡。  | 症状: 呕吐, 腹胀

I had a steak burrito bowl with hot sauce, sour cream and brown rice. They were switching the tub of the containers to the brown rice and the steak at the time.

Few hours later I had the symptoms reported and had to miss work.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 瘙痒
