I ate dinner at 7pm last night with my husband who ate a similar burrito.

昨天晚上吃了一个 barbacoa 墨西哥卷饼（在我看来，在最近因大肠杆菌召回之后值得一提的是长叶莴苣），今天早上醒来时感到胃痛非常严重，起初我以为我在睡眠中设法撕裂或伤害了一些东西。随之而来的是腹泻、极度恶心、发烧、头痛和发冷，现在已经存在了大约 14 个小时。我妈妈也和我一起在那里吃饭，但她有一个没有生菜的素食卷饼碗。

5:00pm Chicken Burrito Bowl, bbq sauce, cheese, bacon, lettuce, guacamole, corn salsa, nacho flakes. Symptoms began 1:00am that night and lasted 24hrs. 3 bouts of full on vomiting and 9 rounds of diarrhea. Fever of 101.7F.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
