5 月 23 日我去了 chipotle 吃午休。我点了一个墨西哥卷饼，里面有黑豆、糙米、鸡肉、莎莎酱、酸奶油、奶酪和生菜。直到下午 5 点 30 分下班回家，我感觉还不错。我躺在床上发现由于头痛、肌肉酸痛、头晕和头痛而无法移动。5 月 24 日凌晨 2 点左右起来呕吐所有的辣椒。现在是 5 月 25 日，我的头痛仍在加剧，我的内心仍然因呕吐而受伤，而且我仍然没有食欲。
