Ordered a chicken burrito and hard shell taco combination at around 8:30PM. Within a few hours felt very nauseous, couldn't sleep, 5:15AM projectile vomited hardcore.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

除了水果我整天没吃任何东西。我去了 Taco Bell，点了 1 个软炸玉米饼和一个墨西哥卷饼。我吃了墨西哥卷饼拳头很好但是当我咬一口软炸玉米饼时，肉味道很有趣。我决定再咬一口以确保我不只是在产生幻觉。但是大约 30 分钟后，我开始感到非常恶心和头晕，就像我需要呕吐一样。已经大约 3 个小时了，我还是觉得不舒服

I had the Burrito Bowl with carnitas, pinto beans, white rice, veggies, tomato salsa, red chilli salsa, corn, cheese and sour cream.

I had the food around 6 pm. Felt neaseous and stomach ache around 10pm-2am and could sleep. Then had massive diarrhea followed by puking around… 更多

我吃了一个 XXL 的烤鸡肉卷饼，摄入大约一个小时后就开始出现症状。我只吃了一半，因为味道很奇怪。鳄梨调味酱的味道很奇怪，里面的米很硬。我从晚上 11 点开始呕吐并出现腹泻，持续了 10 个小时不间断。胃痛令人难以忍受和虚弱。我无法保持任何液体，我的胃仍然无法处理固体食物。已经过去了可怕的几天，我打算不要回到那个塔可钟。
