i had the steak burrito and chips with guacamole for dinner and as i was sleeping, i suddenly woke up around 3 or 4am feeling very uneasy. sure enough i had to run to the toilet to vomit. the next day i would have waves of nausea.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

12 月 12 日唯一吃的东西是上午 11:30 从开车直通订购的墨西哥卷饼。几乎立即整个下午都有大量的胃气。下午 4 点左右出现了发冷和肌肉疼痛。下午 5 点 30 分左右上床睡觉，晚上 7 点开始呕吐，发冷出汗。直到第二天凌晨 5 点左右才吃东西或喝任何东西，还有一些轻微的寒意。大多数情况下都是小案例，但仍然非常不方便。

我是从洛杉矶前往拉斯维加斯过生日的，然后在下午 1 点左右被 Chipotle 送去吃一顿快餐。我有鸡肉卷饼、糙米、黑豆、热莎莎、微微、guac 和奶酪。到 3 小时后我们到达拉斯维加斯时，情况还不对。试图休息但情况继续恶化。到我们安排晚餐的时候，我处在一个糟糕的地方。我不得不坐下来看着我的 7 个朋友来回去洗手间呕吐时享受我听说的一顿美餐。腹部疼痛太可怕了，很快就变成了腹泻。晚饭后我放弃了，在进出发烧时试着睡觉。第二天发烧消失了，但我胃里的疼痛又持续了 24 小时。一个墨西哥卷饼摧毁了整个生日周末。谢谢 Chipotle

Went to Chipotle last night about 5:30pm. I got a chicken quesadilla and my husband got a chicken burrito bowl. At midnight I woke up and had diarrhea and vomiting. Woke up just about every hour and had diarrhea and vomiting all night long. My husband has had diarrhea now the next day as well.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

I ordered the veggie burrito bowl thinking I would be playing it safe around 8. By 830 I wasn't feeling well at all so I figured I'd sleep it off. its now 2am and the symptoms haven't wore off, worst pain I've ever had in my stomach.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
