墨西哥卷饼碗配牛排，酸奶油，奶酪，pico de gallo，玉米和玉米饼。晚上 12 点至 1 点之间吃了东西，在下午 5 点 30 分之前被扔掉了。接下来的 12-15 个小时不停地呕吐和腹泻。去了紧急护理，得到了抗恶心药物，被告知非常脱水。甚至连水都没法保持下来。紧急护理没有对我进行细菌测试。

I ate two brc burritos and a Loco street taco. Later went back for the tenders and stomach has been aching ever since also have the runs. Wife and kids are experiencing the same symptoms and they ate brc burrito and chicken taco AL carbon  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

I ate a number 6 combo and a bean burrito and about 12 hours later, I was experiencing diarrhea and vomiting at the same time. I have never felt like that before. Taco bell was the only thing I ate except for some goldfish.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

我吃了一个墨西哥卷饼碗，里面有黑豆、白米饭、奶酪、中等莎莎酱、鳄梨调味酱和生菜。还有高卡莫勒和薯条。我在星期天 12 点吃了，我的症状从星期一早上 3 点开始。我的胃感觉好像被撕裂了，我得了腹泻，感觉我也要呕吐。现在是星期二，我还是感觉不好。最近两天我因为出现症状而打电话上班，我感到虚弱和痛苦。

I ate a bean burrito, plain nachos with only cheese dipping sauce and 2 cinnabons. Also had 3/4 of a medium Pepsi. Symptoms started about 2-3 hours after eating the food. My friend ate their too and she's sick as well.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐
