我用白米饭、斑豆、酸奶油、生菜和奶酪吃了牛排卷饼碗。带着酸橙的一面。昨晚我吃完碗后，我头痛非常恶心，然后发冷和水样腹泻。今天早上它仍然不得不多去洗手间，不想离开我的床。我以为一切都结束了，所以我尝试在疫情爆发后尝试一下。昨晚晚餐吃完这个之后我再也不会回去了！对不起，chipotle 但是我的健康比一个墨西哥卷饼碗更重要我可以自己做，知道吃完之后我不会生病。这是迄今为止我得过的最严重的疾病。？

Ate the burrito with white rice and pork (carnitas) on 4/22/16 at 7pm. The symptoms started at 5am this morning (4/23/16). Woke up with abdominal cramping and some nausea. Then severe diarrhea set in for the next 3 hours. (My husband ate the salad with chicken and has no symptoms.)  | 症状: 腹泻

1 点左右吃了牛排卷饼碗吃午饭。5 点半左右开始感觉胃痉挛。到了 7 点，我正赶到洗手间，不确定它会从哪一端出来。我在 8 点半之前开始猛烈呕吐，持续了整夜，伴随着发烧和发冷。第二天我非常痛苦，直到两天后才能吃任何东西。永远不要再吃 chipotle 了。
