症状开始的前一天晚上我吃了提拉米苏蛋糕，我和我丈夫都吃了一些，但是第二天看标签，它们是在不同日期制作的不同批次。

我在早上 10 点左右开始坐板凳并通风，然后在下午 2 点左右大便松动和呕吐。我用力吐气以至于双手被抓住之后，下午 4 点左右去了紧张局。给了我几种止痛药，Zofran（抗恶心）和静脉注射液。经过对比和血液检查的完整躯干 CT 扫描后，所有其他问题都被排除在外，并确定我吃过的东西中是细菌还是病毒。

这让我很难过，因为那是我有史以来最好的提拉米苏，但是我再也不会冒险了。
