星期二晚上 7 点左右我吃了 BBQ Ranch 鸡肉沙拉。大约 90 分钟后，在开车回家的路上，我经历了严重的胃痛，回家时出现了腹泻。尽管我感觉不太舒服，但我现在并不认为这太严重了。然后我上床睡觉醒来时肚子里有史以来最严重的疼痛。然后在接下来的几个小时里断断续续地出现呕吐和腹泻。然后第二天我整天都有腹泻，一天半后仍然感觉很糟糕。
