Ate a grilled chicken and ground chicken (combined) burrito with grilled vegetables, black beans and lime rice, with guacamole and sour cream and pico. Ate at 5pm and had violently upset stomach at around 2am to 4:30am - vomiting 4-5 x during that time.  | 症状: 发烧, 呕吐

ate around 5:30. Ordered beef pancake roll, chicken dumpling in broth, pork dumplings in a hot and sour sauce, and yi bin noodle. Around 1AM I got out of bed feeling uncomfortable. I spent several hours in the bathroom and threw up multiple times.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

Ate chicken fajitas for dinner. Less than half an hour after eating I because extremly nauseated and began having diarrhea. Then for the next 12 hours I was throwing up and having diarrhea every 30 minutes. Vomit tasted like cilantro which was in the salsa. The chicken… 更多

我和我丈夫在这个地方吃饭后都设法得到了严重的食物中毒。他有一个牛排卷饼我有鸡肉和牛排炸玉米饼。我们俩都用了 queso 和筹码。我们在下午 6 点吃了，到凌晨 1 点 30 分，我开始每小时无法控制地呕吐，直到早上 6 点。那时是我丈夫开始做同样的事情的时候。我们都有冷热汗水，我发烧了，我们都有腹泻。不久之后去了当地的紧急护理中心。

Late afternoon, about 5pm. Brother said the chicken on his burger tasted a bit odd, but thought nothing of it.
Around 4 am he started throwing up and having severe diarrhoea.
