A bowl with white rice, pinto beans, veggies, chicken, pico (mild), cheese, corn, and guacamole. I felt fine, but a couple hours later it completely rushed me. Nauseous to the point of just laying still and not moving.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

Didn't know about this website until now. This incident happened last week on 3/15. However, I had McDonal's today and at the same location and again I threw up. The only thing that was similar in the orders is they both had chicken.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I have actually had food poisoning once before from the grilled chicken, but it was in Minden the first time. This was my first time eating the grilled chicken since and I have food poisoning again. It starts 3 days after consumption and lasts for about 3-7 days.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
