I am 34 weeks pregnant. I decided to get some chips and salsa with a side of queso to go. After eating this, I was violently ill, projectile vomiting! It lasted about 24 hours and my OB nurse was certain I had GI Food Poisoning.  | 症状: 呕吐

I had half a barbacoa burrito with black beans, corn salsa, fajita veggies, Pico de Gallo, sour cream, and cheese. I also had some chips and guac. About 4 hours later, I started to feel sick to my stomach. I have been violently ill for the past 3 hours with no signs of stopping.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I went to Chipotle off 1512 Walnut St for dinner last night (4/12/2018) around 5 pm. Got a chicken salad with brown rice, dressing, no beans, 2 scoops of mild salsa, 1 scoop of corn, sour cream, no chips nor guacamole. WORST NIGHT OF MY LIFE!  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
