Bought 4-$4. Ate 4 chicken nuggets, sweet sour sauce, fries, coke, choc jr frosty. Within 45 min nausea, bubbling stomach, chest tight. Made it home 30 min. Extreme diarrhea & urinating at same time. Mild stomach cramp. Fever 100.7 from 2pm til 4am. One bite of dinner… 更多

I ate at about 7:30 P.M. and with the cheeseburger with onions and a coke. 10 hours later I woke up to throwing up. I had a fever, nausea and awful diarrhea. 午餐时间上午 11 点 30 分左右，我吃了 #1 鸡肉三明治配美国奶酪、华夫饼干薯条和樱桃可乐。下午 3 点 30 分左右我开始头疼，知道有些事情感觉不对劲。到晚上 11 点，我到处都扔了很多次，然后有 diharrea。第二天是 11:00，呕吐已经消退，但是 diharrea、头痛、身体疼痛仍然存在。
