We ordered food online i picked up a bowl with brown rice, chicken, lettuce, avocado, black beans cheese and salsa with cream, after finishing my meal I immediately got sick with diarrhea and nausea iv been in and out the bathroom for 5 hours now.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Ordered the Burrito Loco, which has black beans, pico, chicken, cheese, rice and sour cream. Order this all the time but couldn’t finish it because it just didn’t taste “right”. Within 3-4 hours I was nauseated, belching and had watery diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, Burping

Ordered a small chili with cheese, onions and sour cream & large fries with ketchup....the fries were not really even hot, more like warm at best, seemed old too, some were hard and stale tasting, some mushy and limp....not sure if it was the chili or fries… 更多

I had a chicken bowl with brown rice, sour cream, mild, cheese, and corn.

After an hour of eating I started to vomit for 4-5 hours with breaks in between.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

Me and my mom had the veggie cream cheese with our bagels and about a day later started experiencing severe stomach pains and later vomiting for about 18 hours along with diarrhea at the same time. took about 7 days to be able to eat normal food… 更多
