I got sick May 2nd after eating a Chipotle bowl. The sour cream tasted spoiled and food not fresh. Within 4 hours I vomited several times, had extreme diarrhea over the next two days. I will never go back to Chipotle again.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

Barbacoa, pinto beans, brown rice, mild salsa, sour cream, cheese. Approximately ate at 11:30 Am; symptoms started with cramping around 1300, nauseated by 2:30 bad enough to leave work and eventually turned to vomiting around 5 PM lasting until 7PM; mild cramping persists  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋

我几乎可以肯定我今天从购买的冰美式咖啡中生病了。这是一种冰镇的美式咖啡，里面有无糖香草，大量的椰奶，还有我之后添加的一些奶油。我没用太多奶油（我的饮料看起来还是棕色的）..我一直很恶心，今天呕吐了，胃痛不好。快到下午 5 点了，我还生病了，这是今天早上 9 点左右开始的。老实说我认为是牛奶还是奶油。今天早上除了燕麦片之外，我什么都没吃，而且那东西很小，我不用红糖。谢谢
