在 8 月 20 日晚上订购了鸡翅、虾炒饭和一个虾蛋卷。食物根本不好吃，也吃不完饭。19 年 8 月 21 日早晨，我醒来时头痛严重，胃痛，身体疼痛，排便多次。我今天会先去看病人。

Ate Friday (09/16) evening at 6:00pm. We had ate chowmein, fried rice, orange chicken, mushroom chicken, Kobari beef and egg rolls. Got sick at 12:00am and going on 48+ hours of vomiting since (09/19)  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Salty Egg Chicken combo. Started feeling sick two hours after I ate the Salty Egg Chicken , mash potatoes with gravy and bun which came with it. 3 天以上不停地无法控制的腹泻.. Abd 抽筋，恶心.. 烂鸡蛋的气味嗝，头痛。发烧，冷汗和发冷... 感觉很痛苦... 吃了史诗般的烤鸡肉鳄梨卷饼后。在 2019 年 8 月 9 日下午 2 点购买，这毁了我的露营之旅。我还没有恢复正常！！

Went there, I had the chicken salad my husband had the egg salad we both threw up all night I don’t think the food was kept to temp, 2 people went for lunch around 1pm symptoms started around 4 or 5  | 症状: 呕吐, 腹泻, 恶心
