7/29 星期日晚上和我妈妈、爸爸和姐姐一起在这里吃过。我有一个碗里装有 guac、鸡肉、fajita 蔬菜、pico de gallo（番茄）、热莎莎和萨尔萨佛得角。我妈妈有一个装有糙米、鸡肉、pico de Gallo 和玉米的碗。我姐姐有一个碗里装了 guac、白米饭、fajita 蔬菜、pico de gallo 和玉米。我的母亲、姐姐和我爸爸都分享了筹码和 guac。我的母亲、姐姐和我（但不是我的父亲）都在第二天（7/31）的午餐时间开始出现胃痛，包括胃痉挛、剧痛和腹泻。

I had a chicken fajita burrito with mild and hot salsa, white rice, guacamole, and lettuce for dinner Saturday 7/28 around 7:30PM On Sunday, I had stomach ache for most of the day. By 6PM, I had a fever and diarrhea. It’s Monday and I’m still dealing with the stomach ache and diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心

为两个人点了两顿饭。第一顿饭是牛排沙拉，里面有 fajita 蔬菜、热莎莎、酸奶油和鳄梨调味酱。摄入后2小时出现间歇性恶心，然后在摄入12小时后出现腹部痉挛、恶心、呕吐、腹泻。第二顿饭是鸡肉、糙米碗，里面有黑豆、fajita 蔬菜、中等莎莎酱、酸奶油和鳄梨调味酱。摄入 2 小时后出现腹部痉挛、恶心和腹泻。

Started getting nauseated about two hours, stomach aches and pains started about 3 hours after. Vomitting and diarrhea commenced 4 hours post meal.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
