I crushed up four granola bars, poured almond milk with it and ate it like cereal. Those 4 bars in total contain 22 grams of sugar. Most cereals I've checked go above that. I don't know what's wrong. Maybe it's the granola in general.  | 症状: 恶心

从 2019 年 4 月 6 日开始，我们住在多米尼加共和国的 Secrets cap cana。从 2019 年 4 月 9 日开始，我丈夫首先生病了头晕、头痛、心跳加快、出汗严重、流口水、严重的胃痉挛，一度变得妄想。我从来没有感觉到有人这么热。起初我们以为他中暑但症状并不完全匹配。我每晚都会发出警报并检查他。我甚至收拾好东西准备寻求紧急救护理。我试图通过从迷你冰箱中取出瓶子并将它们贴在他的腋窝和腹股沟区域下面来帮助他缓解发烧并降温。腹泻是有史以来最严重的一次，他以前患过贾第鞭毛虫。这是远非如此糟糕的情况。我们等了，早上我也生病了。症状不如他的极端症状但症状还是一样我有一生中最严重的胃痉挛，我的心率从未如此之快。接下来的两天我们俩都呆在房间里，只是冒险去喝水和我们想吃的格兰诺拉麦片棒。回家的航班太惨了。我们俩总共 8 天都感到恶心。我丈夫减掉了 10 磅。
