两天前（星期三）我正忙着准备在亚利桑那州立大学开始另一个学期，除了一个 Quaker 格兰诺拉麦片棒外，我什么都没吃过，所以我决定去 chipotle。吃完大约 2.5 小时后，我抽筋严重，在为家人做晚餐时感到恶心。恶心变得更糟了，所以我服用了恶心药，它消除了恶心，但没有消除疼痛和抽筋，所以我无法吃晚饭。我的胃变得非常不舒服，所以我还服用了 Pepto bismol。我在 9:30 躺在床上睡了两个小时，因为胃部问题感到焦躁不安。然后我开始断断续续地进行 “跑步”，直到凌晨 2 点我睡着了。凌晨 4 点我醒来时抽筋很严重，然后又上了洗手间，第二天是我在亚利桑那州立大学学期的第一天。我醒了，在包里吃了 Imodium 和恶心药，但是我出汗了有史以来最糟糕的汗水。触摸时我的头冻结了，但我出汗很多。胃病一直持续到那天和第二天早上（今天）。

昨天 5 点半左右去吃点清淡的午餐。点了炸玉米饼沙拉，味道很好，但是几个小时后我开始感觉很有趣，整个晚上情况一直在恶化。沙拉之后没吃任何晚餐，因为我的胃感觉很奇怪。今天早上醒来时腹泻很严重，感觉就像我在呕吐。检查了我的凳子，发现了很多未消化的生菜，现在我头疼得厉害，离开洗手间的时间不能超过 10 分钟。我知道那是沙拉，几周前我吃了沙拉，症状相同，只是没有那么强烈。这次我主要只吃了几个格兰诺拉麦片棒和那个沙拉。我想我会打电话请病假去工作 tmrw。
