Artisan Grilled Chicken sandwich, Ate it last night close to 9pm. Went to bed fine but woke up violently ill around 4am. Severe stomach cramping, diarrhea & fever. Has lasted for hours  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 抽筋

我们在 10 月 10 日星期四下午 1:30 左右订购了午餐。他们混在一起三十分钟没把我们的食物带到路边捡起来。我点了一个烤鸡肉俱乐部，里面有生菜番茄和奶酪，还有一块 mac 和奶酪。我的孩子们有炸鸡块和薯条，还有辣鸡肉豪华和薯条。我丈夫有一个普通的炸鸡三明治，里面有泡菜和薯条。下午 4 点左右，我开始感觉真的很恶心。到下午 6 点到 6 点 30 分，我在拍全家福的时候在外面呕吐。我们回到酒店，我试着适当地睡个好觉。星期五我整天都很恶心，头痛严重，无法进食。星期六好一点，但周日又变得艰难，恶心也没有胃口。现在星期一我还在挣扎，没有胃口，偶尔会有恶心。我的 5 口之家中没有其他人生病了。我是那天唯一一个吃过烤鸡的人。我儿子分享了我的 Mac 和奶酪，但没有生病。它给我们整个家庭的空缺带来了巨大的阻尼。

I had a grilled chicken teriyaki sandwich no cheese around 3:00pm. Woke at at 1:30 super nauseous, about to puke and stuck on the toilet. I'm certain that's what it was, i want to puke thinking about it and I didn't eat anything else.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
