I had a bacon ranch grilled chicken salad around 8:30pm Monday night (Aug 5th,2019). I woke up at 3:30am Tuesday with vomiting and diarrhea. A few hours later the same thing. Got a spicy chicken sandwich that had soggy breading, and tough meat which was hard to bite into. The lettuce was black and the bread was hard.

The grilled chicken sandwich I purchased had tough skin like it was sitting out for a couple hours. Also hard to bite into.  | Symptoms: Nausea
