Tonight (2/27/18) I ate a chicken burrito bowl with white rice, black beans, medium salsa, cheese, sour cream, and guacamole. I started feeling nauseous about an hour after eating the food and have had diarrhea and vomiting since.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I had a chicken burrito bowel with guacamole included last night. I took about 5 bites of it and got sick within an hour of eating it. I don’t know if it was the chicken or the guacamole but i definitely got food poisoning.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

我在晚上 7 点左右吃东西，晚上 9 点左右胃开始疼痛。我认为它是饱腹感，但是在凌晨 12 点左右醒来，从那时起直到凌晨深夜都出现了爆炸性腹泻。我整天都经历过严重的脱水、发烧和恶心。只要喝一点水就会让我跑去洗手间。我什至不能把水留在里面。我从这个 Chipotle 吃的食物是一个鸡碗，里面装有糙米，黑豆，pico de gallo 和鳄梨调味酱。这对我来说是最糟糕的食物中毒经历之一。
