我和妻子在 Taco Cabana 吃饭，并在 2018 年 1 月 8 日晚上分享了一个 Cabana Sampler 盘子，里面有米饭，豆类，牛肉炸玉米饼卷，奶酪辣酱玉米饼馅饼，鸡肉 flauta，生菜，鳄梨调味酱和面粉玉米饼。我是唯一一个吃了奶酪辣酱玉米饼馅的人，大约一个小时后生病了，气体和胃痛一夜之间变得更加严重。我妻子自从没吃辣酱玉米饼馅以来病得轻微。幸运的是，我吃了一些 petonBishop 药片，我吃了两个，大约一个小时后，我的舌头变黑了，表明我已经被食物中毒了。恢复需要 2 天半时间，最终包括为期一天的腹泻。

我在 1/8/18 星期一下午 5 点吃了一个装有斑豆和其他所有东西的鸡肉卷饼碗（除了鳄梨调味酱），症状从晚上 8 点开始出现。我起初感到非常虚弱和头晕，不得不在工作时将自己举起台面，然后不久就吐了起来。我直接回家然后又吐了 3 次。我整夜都无法入睡，因为我有寒意和汗水。我整天（1/9/18）都因为胃痉挛和头痛而感到恐惧。我第一次尝试在晚上 8 点吃固体食物，然后在 30 分钟后把它扔掉。
