Ate a veggie bowl (white rice, fajita veggies, medium salsa, corn, cheese, guacamole, and sour cream) around 6pm on Wednesday 7/19. Resulted in 12 hours of diarrhea, vomiting and nausea  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

有一个牛排碗，里面装有糙米、平托豆、蔬菜、温和的莎莎酱、鳄梨调味酱和生菜。再加上晚上 9 点之前的薯条和中等莎莎酱。凌晨 3 点我醒来时病得很厉害，恶心、呕吐和发冷一旦一切都恢复了，恶心、呕吐和发冷就会消退，所以看起来比任何类型的胃流感都更有可能是食物。

星期四（7 月 20 日）吃了，症状从星期五晚上开始。有一个鸡碗里有糙米和白米饭，fajita 蔬菜，pico de gallo，奶酪和鳄梨调味酱。每隔 10-15 分钟就会出现极度水样的腹泻，伴随着剧烈的胃/腹部疼痛，感觉像是收缩。今天是星期天早上（上午 8:04），我现在在 ER。将接受猫扫描。当它来去去去时，胃部的疼痛/不适感就像是 10 的比例为 1-10。
