周四晚上 5 点左右得到了一片蘑菇披萨。9/13/18
周五早些时候发烧、偏头痛疼痛、腹泻和极度恶心。
非常脱水，所以我喝了很多水。我不会再在 Whole Foods 吃任何披萨了。这个披萨正坐在柜台的热灯下。

昨天晚上 09/09/18，大约下午 6 点或 7 点。我吃了看起来干燥脱水的 lo mein，味道很糟糕，橙色的鸡肉，味道像清洁产品的蘑菇鸡，还有不是很温暖的春卷。品尝了所有东西之后我最终把它扔进了垃圾里。太不满意了。那天晚上 11 点 30 分左右是我开始呕吐和腹泻的时候，之前感觉有点恶心。我觉得自己得了流感。我整个晚上和今天早上都呕吐了很多东西，以至于我再也没有东西可以扔了。腹泻也一样。现在是 18 年 9 月 10 日星期一上午 10 点 50 分，我仍然感觉到伴有恶心、疼痛、头痛、虚弱和腹泻的症状。
