我和 Tek Tarik 一起吃了 murtabak mini 和半个蘑菇普拉塔作为晚餐。
感觉很臃肿，但认为可能太过分了。

第二天早上，醒来时出现严重的腹泻（水样大便），感觉脱水。不能拿液体因为它会直接出来。开始出现身体疼痛和发烧。
