Got a couple burgers to go around eight last night. Had a double meat, no cheese, raw onion, raw tomato, pickles, spicy pickled peppers. Within the hour I felt abdominal discomfort.

My daughter and I went to burger king for lunch. She had chicken sandwich and onion rings and I had whopper and onion rings. Thirty minutes after eating we both started belching onion rings along with major diarreah, nausea and vomiting.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, Burping

订购了香草和奶酪的辛辣意大利脚，配以生菜、甜椒、香蕉辣椒、甜洋葱酱、油盐和胡椒粉。下午 2 点吃了一半，然后在下午 4 点 30 分/5 点吃了另一个。抽筋从下午 6 点 30 分开始，一直恶化到 8 点我终于能够去洗手间。令人难以置信的抽筋、腹泻和大量出汗。现在是晚上 9 点 40 分了，尽管还不错，但还在抽筋。

我和我的家人去广场共度时光。现在我通常不会从汉堡王那里吃东西因为我不喜欢它。但是每个人都很累又饿，这是离我们最近的东西。所以我们决定在那里吃饭。我们都有汉堡、薯条和苏打水。晚上晚些时候我在洗手间里度过了一段不愉快的时光。没想太多。我去睡觉了，早上 5 点左右醒来。我感到不舒服，我很痛苦。我的身体很疼，我在教堂里像个罪人一样出汗。我感到头晕，而且我的胃部表现不太好。这是两天前的事，我也有同样的感觉。我没看过医生是因为我妈妈有药。她说我可能有胃部感染，我们认为是汉堡王传染的。她甚至告诉我，在那里吃饭后她的肚子也不舒服。汉堡甚至不是一个很好的开始。泡菜、洋葱和番茄酱太多了。汉堡王太可怕了。

昨晚我得到了一份切碎的意大利 bmt 沙拉，里面有菠菜、黄瓜、洋葱、番茄和凯撒酱。进食后不到 30 分钟，我感到非常恶心和胃痛。我整晚都在疼痛和呕吐中度过。今天我不再呕吐，但仍然有痛苦和恶心，甚至不会长时间忍受头晕和生病。
