上周二我吃了一个特色披萨。上面有火腿、洋葱、甜椒和火腿。我自己和另一个人是在一个 6 口之家中唯一吃这个披萨的人。到星期四晚上我已经有腹泻了。到星期五早上，我已经因为如此可怕的腹痛而去急诊所了。我接受了粪便检查、验血和 CT 扫描。粪便样本显示我有沙门氏菌中毒。到星期六早上我因严重脱水而回到急症，

I ordered the #4 with cucumber, Italian vinaigrette, onion, oregano, chess, lettuce tomato. I ate the sub around 1230 and within 5 hours started feeling stomach cramps and had the sweats. Within 7 hours I was constantly vomiting.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋, 出汗

I ate my onion rings and chicken frys and over the next few hours I began to feel sick, my stomach hurt, I felt nauseous, and light headed. I then threw up for about ten minutes and it was a horrifying experience. (Chunks of onion and chicken flowing out of my nose and mouth horrifying)  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐
