March 3rd 2020 I call in a order to pick up curbside. I ordered the Louisiana pasta and chicken and biscuits and the pork chops for my family. The time was around 6:30 p.m. I went straight home and was eating before 7 p.m.

我在 2000 年左右吃了直到 2 月 24 日星期一 2130 分，我吃了牛肉生牛肉片和龙虾意大利面和 tira masu 作为甜点。我的症状给我造成了难以置信的强烈而迅速的打击，我在星期二早上 11 点左右呕吐，剧烈的胃肠道疼痛和令人难以置信的严重腹泻、恶心、肌肉痉挛以及虚弱和高烧。呕吐和胃从星期一持续到周二下午，但腹泻仍然存在（当前日期 1435 年 2 月 28 日）。我在瑞士只有一个星期的时间做生意，这完全毁了我的计划，使我的日程安排被打乱了几个月。

had gnocchi soup 2 bowls, Margarita Chicken 1/2 of serving, Zoodles 1 serving and Pasta with Marinara Sauce several bites. Gnocchi soup Felt bad when I got home. Took a nap and upon waking up started vomiting and diarhea  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

I ate just before closing time on 2/26/2020, loaded baked potato soup, strawberry lemonade, and Cajun shrimp pasta. Not even 10 minutes after both my friend and I felt sick. After a 15 min drive home I puked 5x in the driveway.  | 症状: 呕吐
