Veggie bowl with lime rice, black and pinto beans, sautéed veggies, pico, cheese, sour cream and guacamole. My dad had tacos and didn’t get sick. Possible culprit foods I had my dad did not: rice, beans, veggies, sour cream.  | 症状: 呕吐

I had the small sesame chicken bowl and white rice and 2 crab rangoons at 830pm cst . By 12am I woke up nauseous and my stomach in pain I threw up 4x,s and had diahrreah 30 min later  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Chicken bowl with brown rice, queso, fajita veggies, med sauce, pinto beans. I was so hungry I ate about 10-15 bites and immediately felt sick and couldn’t finish my food. I will never eat chipotle ever again in my life. I have a high tolerance so this food must be horrible. yuk  | 症状: 恶心
