2017 年 5 月 18 日星期四，我在匹兹堡 ca 商店的 Panda EXPRESS @ Pittsburg ca 商店吃了一个包含半炒面和一半炒饭的组合盘以及北京牛肉和安格斯牛排升级版后吃了严重的食物中毒。我整晚都病得很重，发烧、发冷、恶心，我还吐了起来，整晚都有腹泻，直到第二天。我再也不会在 PANDA EXPRESS 吃东西了，不值得这么恶心。

Had this rice for lunch around 2pm and by 6pm I was in a bad way. Almost 48 hours later and I'm still recovering and starting to be able to eat again. The sickness has been extreme stomach cramps, nauseous, diarrhea, vomiting, and a fever.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

我有一个墨西哥卷饼碗，里面放着糙米、pinto 豆、肉酱、中（绿）莎莎酱和鳄梨调味酱。进食后大约 1-1.5 小时我开始感到恶心。大约 30 分钟后，我有严重的腹部绞痛和腹胀。然后大约一个小时后扔了两次。现在还在经历胃痛（进食后大约 4 小时）。我的女朋友有一个碗里有糙米、蔬菜、奶酪、鳄梨调味酱和生菜。她没有生病，所以我们假设是肉碱。

Ate Chicken Enchilladas with salsa verde, rice, sour cream, and baked beans. Had chips and salsa as an appetizer. My 5 yr old son that ate chips and salsa, sour cream, and some of my enchilada has been throwing up as well  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
