我昨晚大约晚上 8 点去买萌。我点了一个鸡肉卷饼配米饭、墨西哥胡椒和奶酪。几个小时后，大约在午夜，我立即开始感觉到喉咙、食道和胃部有酸性疼痛。我整夜都在作呕，症状开始后不久就吐了。前一天我一直无法进食，并且呕吐了我尝试食用的任何小物品。我几乎可以肯定萌是导致这种疾病的原因，因为自从我在萌之前吃的最后一顿饭已经有几个小时了，而昨晚之后我什么也没吃。我以前从未经历过如此剧烈的食源性疾病，在一天的时间里减掉了超过 5 磅的体重，同时由于胃痛也无法入睡。

我吃了卷饼碗里有白米饭、黑豆、鸡肉、生菜、奶酪和 pico。（我女儿吃了白米饭和豆类，但没生病。）我在下午 4 点 30 分吃了然后因恶心醒来，早上 7 点开始出现爆炸性的水样腹泻，到中午开始呕吐。我丈夫是一名医生，开了 zofran 治疗不起作用的恶心，然后我尝试了 phenergan。这最有帮助，但是当它消失时我还会呕吐并且有腹泻。恶心地继续整夜醒来。我交替发冷和炎热但从未发烧。在第二天，仍然不得不使用 phenergan 治疗恶心，然后开始使用 Immodium AD 来帮助阻止腹泻，腹泻只会减慢腹泻的速度而不是阻止腹泻。直到第二天我才能保持任何东西，我已经能够保持一些液体和一点鸡汤。丈夫没有诊断出我患有食物中毒但确实考虑过是病毒
