Had a burrito with sofritas, rice, & sour cream at 8 pm. Woke up at 2 in the morning and threw up (a lot, very painfully) and threw up again when I woke up at 8 am.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

At 12:30 pm I ate a bowl with chicken, white rice, black beans, and mild salsa. My husband had a chicken burrito with white rice. Starting around 6:30 pm we had cramps and diarrhea that lasted at least five hours. Our lunch at Chipotle was the only food we ate in common.  | 症状: 腹泻

5 月 23 日星期一下午 5 点左右，我有一个鸡碗，里面有白米黑豆西红柿，中等热的香肠酸奶油和生菜。一天之内，我感到臃肿，胃痉挛，最终从午夜到早上 6 点每 30 分钟就会呕吐一次，还有严重的腹泻和肌肉疲劳。不会再吃墨西哥辣椒了！
