星期四我从 chipotle 那里得到了一个素豆和饭碗。我记得我吃的就像两个几乎像石头一样坚硬的豆子。今天早上（星期六）我得了可怕的腹泻。在工作中我几乎无法集中精力，我一直不得不使用洗手间来呕吐和/或大便。我还有其他症状是恶心和发冷

晚上 10 点左右吃了。吃了鸡肉卷饼碗，里面有糙米、黑豆、辣酱、酸奶油和奶酪。大约一个小时后感到臃肿。2-3 个小时后我感到恶心。第二天早上突然醒来大量出汗，不得不呕吐。大约一个小时后不得不再次呕吐，腹泻开始了。还在去洗手间感觉很恐怖。
