我有一个没有豆子的鸡肉 fajita 碗。白米、玉米、酸奶油、鳄梨调味酱和生菜。吃完碗十分钟后，我的胃开始抽筋。我感觉很饱，对此无能为力。这发生在晚上 5 点左右。10 点时我无法应付胃痛，我喝了一瓶水希望能有所帮助。11:30 我做了三次呕吐。大约十二点我开始颤抖，腹痛很多。凌晨 3 点左右去睡觉处理疼痛。早上 6 点醒来时会出现水样腹泻。整天都有水样腹泻。
