我有一个没有豆子的鸡肉 fajita 碗。白米、玉米、酸奶油、鳄梨调味酱和生菜。吃完碗十分钟后，我的胃开始抽筋。我感觉很饱，对此无能为力。这发生在晚上 5 点左右。10 点时我无法应付胃痛，我喝了一瓶水希望能有所帮助。11:30 我做了三次呕吐。大约十二点我开始颤抖，腹痛很多。凌晨 3 点左右去睡觉处理疼痛。早上 6 点醒来时会出现水样腹泻。整天都有水样腹泻。

昨天下午 6 点左右，我吃了一个牛排碗，里面放着糙米、黑豆、温和的莎莎酱、奶酪、鳄梨调味酱和一点酸奶油。9 点左右，我感觉有点生气。我在 9 点 30 分左右上床睡觉，大约在 11:30 左右醒来，胃痉挛不好，腹泻两次。我整夜都在抽筋直到早上 8 点左右。我今天感觉好一点，但仍然有消化不良的感觉。

I had a Barbacoa burrito bowl with white rice, black beans, mild salsa, sour cream, cheese and lettuce. A few hours after eating it is had diarrhea and then began vomiting profusely. This continued consistently about every 2 hours or so for the next 15 hours.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
